Nice breakfast with variety of freshly made food. Very central location, decent place for discovering Dubai. Located close to a coffee house and eateries.

The room was comfortable, but check-in took too long.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a lively area, next to the metro. Got the same a double room booked online, liked that, and the staff were amicable and welcoming people in the night shift. Besides, the location was unbeatable and convenient for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Reef Mall.

Tbh, had a wonderful stay for a 4 days business trip. The offered breakfast was really tasty and included a lot of options. The double room was compact, everything was modern. This accommodation was in the very central location in the area with easy transport to all over the city.

Some of the staff were very unfriendly.

Wonderful staff. I arrived at the hotel at 9am and requested an early check-in which was immediately granted. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. I was in Dubai to purchase a car for export and staff at reception were incredibly helpful, even doing some research for me when I requested some bits and pieces of information. I realized that my fridge bar was not working when I arrived around 1am on the first night. The fridge was immediately replaced. The hotel is located at an extremely convenient location, 1 minute walk from the nearest metro station. 20 minutes by metro to the Airport. Strongly recomendable. I will return with the family.

The room was impressively spacious, great to relax without feeling cramped. The shopping options nearby were fantastic.

The breakfast options were limited since we had to head elsewhere for meals.

The position is at a walking distance from the metro station. The staff are very polite.

During my last dat, just before midnight, my door was opened thoough I locked it from inside. Thanks there was the manual locker which I was locking as well.

The Hotel looks new and so as the room and permises. The room size is big compared to most of the 4 star hotels in Dubai. I liked the location too.

Taking Passport from guest after providing all formalities to support financials is abnormal especially in this region. Ramada Deira has this practice which is unprofessional.

the front desk staff ill informed about many things.customer has to explain to a rude staff why he is at fault.did not get a proper room with king bed.given room with single beds .very poor quality break fast.no porch for the hotel.poor name board not striking.

I think you need to re look at your internet service, I had paid for internet and the reception in the rooms are terrible. When your thereon bbusiness its very unprofessional for your internet to keep cutting off.

location of course, but this hotel is newly renovated with American style room amendments and furniture is very comfortable and sound free double windows, you will love this hotel it is like five star property, the food is excellent and tasty international food variety, and the price is extremely low compared to other hotels in the area, the hotel management always on hand in case you need some help, this great hotel and i recommend it, it is save and quality customers are around,near shopping and bus station and taxi always there now waiting, it is great for family and in person business travelers my 5 nights stay was excellent.
